And now, having been flogged on her buttocks and belly, and having had her breasts and exposed crotch whipped with leather thongs, it was time for Vicki's next ordeal, a continuation of her domination and punishment in bondage for her offenses against Wendy and Betty.

Walter brought out a slightly cupped triangular plate of heavy steel mesh. It had a strong steel ring projecting out from its convex surface, and Walter showed Trask how it fitted over the inverted triangle of Vicki's bushy pubic hair, with the ring jutting out in front. Now Walter mixed up a small batch of quick-setting clear plastic, and applied this viscous liquid thoroughly into the girl's hairy delta. Vicki writhed and struggled at this assault on her modesty even though she had no idea of what was in store for her.

Now the perforated metal plate was firmly pressed against the gooey triangle of her pubic hair, and more plastic was painted on to mix with the first coat. In a minute or so, as the plastic adhesive hardened, Walter let go of the metal triangle and Trask saw that it was securely attached to her lower belly, with the ring sticking out.

Walter said he would explain its use as a punishment item as they went along. By now the plastic was firmly set, and when Trask pulled and jerked on the projecting ring he realized that the ring was immovable and that any strain on it was painful to the squirming girl to whom it was attached.

Next Walter showed him a broad leather strap, about four inches wide and about a yard long, with adjustable fastenings at each end. In the middle of this strip of heavy leather were two holes cut, about six inches apart and about two inches in diameter. As Trask asked what this item of bondage equip-

ment was for, Walter demonstrated its purpose by passing the broad strap around Vicki's chest, centering the two holes over her nipples. Those pink buds jutted out through the holes in the leather encircling band, and as Walter fastened the adjustable clasp at the girl's back, her breasts were compressed by the pressure of the tightening strap. The nipples and their surrounding tinted areolas were forced out more as the mass of her breasts was squeezed within the bizarre binding bra.

From a storage closet, Walter now brought out a two-piece dress of strong but thin supple black leather. With Viski still standing tautly erect, almost hanging by her upstretched hands from the ceiling rafters, Walter began to install this exotic costume on her body, after promising Trask that their victim would not enjoy wearing it even though at times it would cover her nakedness.

The skirt was a wrap-around that was fastened up the back with a strong zipper. The tight waistband was secured around Vicki's midriff and held firmly with a padlock so that the wearer could neither loosen nor remove it. Around the hem of the knee-length skirt were fastened strong metal rings every two inches 2 with a chain leading through the rings, the ends of the chain fastened together with another small strong padlock.

The upper part of this bizarre leather dress was strapless, and was fastened around Vicki's chest above her brassiered breasts but below her armpits. It, too, had a zipper closure up the back, and the top was secured with another padlock. It could not be moved upward because of Vicki's arms and shoulders, and it could not move downward because of its snugness and her boldly jutting breasts. The bottom of this loosely fitting top also had closely spaced rings with a chain running around through them.
